Welcome to KCPC Bandhani ("KCPC", "Company", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.onlinebandhej.com ("Website") and all products and services offered through it.
By accessing this Website, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies published on the Website. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Website.
1. Products & Handcrafted Nature
KCPC Bandhani specialises in handcrafted, artisan-made and traditional Indian ethnic wear.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, print placement, dyeing, texture, measurements and finishing may naturally occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.
Product photographs are displayed with utmost care. However, actual colours may slightly vary depending upon photography, lighting conditions, screen resolution and display settings of the customer's device.
Customers are advised to carefully review the product description, specifications, size details, photographs, Return Policy and FAQs before placing an order. In case of any doubt, customers are encouraged to obtain written clarification from the Company prior to purchase.
2. Orders & Acceptance
Placement of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product.
Acceptance of an order shall occur only after confirmation and processing by KCPC Bandhani.
The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, modify or restrict any order prior to dispatch where such action is reasonably required due to inventory availability, pricing errors, payment verification, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance, operational constraints or any other legitimate business reason.
KCPC Bandhani also reserves the right to correct any typographical, pricing, inventory, technical or publishing errors appearing on the Website and may cancel any affected order before dispatch without incurring any liability.
3. Commercial Relationship & Future Orders
KCPC Bandhani values long-term relationships with genuine customers and is committed to providing fair and transparent service.
However, after considering the overall transaction history, communication history and commercial interactions with a customer, the Company may, acting reasonably and in good faith, decline, restrict, suspend or discontinue accepting future orders where it believes that continuation of the commercial relationship may expose the Company to operational, financial, legal, reputational or commercial risk.
Such assessment may include, without limitation:
- repeated disputes,
- repeated misuse of return or refund facilities,
- fraudulent or suspicious transactions,
- repeated policy violations,
- abusive or threatening behaviour,
- attempts to obtain unwarranted compensation,
- coercion, intimidation or blackmail,
- misuse of Company goodwill,
- knowingly providing false information,
- or any conduct reasonably considered detrimental to the legitimate business interests of the Company.
Such decisions shall relate only to future commercial transactions and shall not affect the settlement of any lawful claims relating to orders already accepted by the Company.
4. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with Company representatives.
The Company shall not be obligated to continue commercial engagement where communication involves abusive language, threats, intimidation, harassment, coercion, blackmail or conduct intended to improperly influence business decisions.
Nothing contained herein shall restrict any customer's lawful right to approach appropriate legal or consumer forums for genuine grievances.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines displayed on the Website are estimates only.
KCPC Bandhani shall not be liable for delays arising due to courier partners, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, natural calamities, governmental actions, strikes, internet failures or any circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Minor delays shall not entitle the customer to claim compensation or damages.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds shall be governed exclusively by the Company's Return Policy published on the Website.
Orders involving customised products, altered products, fall-pico services, special sizes or any other personalised modifications may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund except as specifically provided in the applicable policy.
Any exception, relaxation, goodwill adjustment, commercial concession or refund extended by the Company beyond its standard policy shall be treated as a one-time goodwill gesture only and shall not create any precedent, continuing obligation or enforceable right in future transactions.
7. Customer Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any claim relating to shortage, manufacturing defect or damage must be reported strictly within the timelines prescribed under the Return Policy along with appropriate supporting photographs or videos wherever applicable.
Failure to report within the prescribed period may affect eligibility for return, replacement or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, logos, product photographs, catalogues, videos, graphics, written content, product descriptions, website design and all other intellectual property displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of KCPC Bandhani unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, downloaded or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in appropriate civil and criminal proceedings under applicable law.
9. Disclaimer
The Website and all products and services are provided on an "As Available" and "As Is" basis.
Except to the extent required under applicable law, KCPC Bandhani makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the Website, absence of technical errors or uninterrupted operation of online services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KCPC Bandhani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, goodwill, reputation or opportunity arising from the use of this Website or the products supplied.
In any event, the aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the concerned order.
Nothing contained herein shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
11. Public Statements & Reputation
KCPC Bandhani fully respects every customer's right to express genuine opinions and experiences.
However, nothing contained herein shall permit the publication, circulation or dissemination of knowingly false, fabricated, misleading or defamatory statements intended to unlawfully harm the reputation, goodwill or legitimate business interests of the Company.
The Company reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in respect of such conduct.
12. Electronic Communication
By placing an order or creating an account, the customer consents to receive transactional communications through email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone regarding orders, deliveries, returns, customer support and other service-related updates.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbances, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, internet failures or courier-related delays.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any competent authority or court, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
15. Waiver
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision in future.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies published on the Website, constitute the complete agreement between the customer and KCPC Bandhani regarding the use of the Website and purchase of products.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or transactions with KCPC Bandhani shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Sikar, Rajasthan.
